Ben delCarmen has been actively involved with real estate for over 15 years and brings a diverse background that includes experience in sales, marketing, asset management, property management and property rehabilitation. Currently, Ben focuses on residential brokerage, niche commercial brokerage, investment properties, and property management. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Ben relocated to Nashville in 2003.
Prior to his relocation to Nashville, Ben lived in Los Angeles where he co-owned Real Estate Services Network (RESN) and BuyBankHomes.com. RESN was a real estate company that provided management, marketing, consulting, and brokerage services for foreclosure properties. RESN represented a number of major financial institutions including Washington Mutual, the largest thrift in the country at that time, for the management and sale of foreclosure properties throughout the United States.
Ben has experience with the marketing and sale of multiple types of properties including single family homes, condos, distressed properties, multi-million dollar estate homes, small commercial properties and apartment buildings. Ben holds an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in civil engineering from Bucknell University and a M.S. in civil and environmental engineering from UCLA. Ben also holds real estate broker licenses in Tennessee and California. Ben’s extensive real estate background and experience enables him to combine the highest levels of customer service with reliable analytical evaluation that together create and foster maximum value for each and every client.
