John Rula is the co-founder of Latitude Realty Group and has been a Realtor in the Middle Tennessee area since 2004.
Prior to forming Latitude Realty Group, John worked for four years in Nashville’s investment banking industry, including one year with J.C. Bradford & Company and three years with Robert W. Baird & Company. John’s principal responsibilities included working on buy- and sell-side acquisitions, initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, and other valuation assignments. During his stint with J.C. Bradford and Robert W. Baird, John worked with many well-known firms located throughout Middle Tennessee, such as Healthways, Inc., America Service Group, Inc., and Cosmolab, Inc. In total, John completed over 40 assignments with an aggregate transaction value of $3.3 billion.
John is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the McIntire School of Commerce, with a concentration in Finance and Marketing as well as a Minor in Economics.
